Field Application Specialist - Mantell Associates : Job Details

Mantell Associates is currently partnered with an innovative Diagnostics organisation who are searching for a Field Application Specialist.

Field Application Specialist - Responsibilities:

• Build the brand through customer communication, training, workshops, and do live demonstrations for potential and new users
• Work with marketing to drive initiatives, enhance campaigns and build material
• You will have individual responsibility for main specific customer accounts, and are expected to be autonomous; however, you will be part of a growing team of people focused on the market
• You will work in close collaboration with the management, and sales team at the company
• Prepare technical reports on customer visits, conferences, new research areas, and applications
• Attend conferences and symposiums to assist sales and collect information on new emerging trends in the field
• Keep up with the scientific literature to identify new trends and areas of research and development
• Drive revenue through reagent sales to potential/current customers
• Be the face and spirit in the field
• Work directly with the end-user and help solve their problems and advance their knowledge.

Field Application Specialist - Requirements:

• BS or higher degree in Life Sciences
• Excellent planning, organisational, prioritisation skills and feels comfortable working in a team environment
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or other similar CRM
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to use basic office equipment: computer, printer, copier, telephone, etc.
• Must have a drivers license
• Must be capable of clearly communicating with customers and colleagues
