Job DetailsJob Location Charlotte NC Corporate Headquarters - Indian Trail, NC Position Type Full Time Education Level High School Job Shift Day Job Category Construction DescriptionJob Summary: Assists supervisor and coordinates activities for workers engaged in roofing, new construction, siding, maintenance of existing building/clients grounds by performing the following duties. Supervisory Responsibilities:

• This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspects work areas to determine type of work required and materials and equipment to be used.
• Runs errands and assists supervisors in supply pick-up and drop-off.
• Operates equipment such as forklifts.
• Assists with pre, post, and safety inspections.
• Takes pictures of work to aid Field Supervisors.
• Other duties as assigned.

QualificationsRequired Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Proficient with technology.
• Bilingual preferred.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• One year of construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of roofing or siding preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50-85 pounds at times.
• Must be able to climb ladder and traverse roof at times.
• Must be able to access and navigate all areas of construction site in various types of weather.
