Field Clinical Representative - IronRod Health : Job Details

We are seeking a Field Clinical Representative who is a Medical Assistant for our RPM (External Physiological Monitoring) team. RPM includes blood pressure cuffs, weight scales, blood glucose, EKG, pulse oximetry. It is the collection of health data by a patient, often from outside conventional care settings, which is then electronically and securely transmitted to a provider for use in care and related support. This is the perfect opportunity for the health professional with patient care and teaching experience. The Field Clinical Representative responsibilities would include but not limited to: Manage equipment & inventory Establishing initial relationships and educating patients on using the equipment Enrolling patients in the home monitoring program Set-Up equipment according to the prescribing physician's orders Document patient education services and plan in EMR Follow-Up with patients as needed to assure patient understanding and satisfaction Travel to multiple locations that may include out of state travel Other duties as assigned PI8db4f82be9f6-25448-#######1
