Field Compressor Technician - RecruitMilitary Placement Services : Job Details

Do you have a background in mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, or understand compression equipment? Are you mechanically inclined and ready for the freedom of working remotely? As a Field Compression Technician, you will be responsible for providing knowledge and experience for the safe implementation of natural gas projects. This position reports directly to the Compression Technologies Manager. The role will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment, supporting LNG supplies with post compression and cross compression services. All while providing top level customer service. Responsibilities for the Field Compression Technician include, but are not limited to:- Operate company equipment associated delivery of natural gas to the end user via compression equipment- Capable of leading rig up, start up, operate, shut down, rig down each piece of equipment independently- Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) and reactive maintenance as required- Maintain and report on maintenance inventory- Direct other technicians while acting as a job lead- Troubleshooting equipment by understanding process and control theory on all equipment- Various control systems installations- General mechanic work- Mechanical rebuild of valves, regulators, and pneumatic and electric actuators, and moreHourly rate DOE with plenty of overtime, company vehicle and tools provided, benefits, 401k, per diem, PPE, and company card
