Field Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Review client orders and delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Assess site accessibility and identify any potential hazards that could impede delivery. Safety is paramount.
- Communicate with the Manager and Delivery Team Manager to confirm site readiness before dispatching the delivery truck. Ensure that unconventional delivery methods are not used.
- Accurately measure and verify product specifications to ensure they match the order details. Ensure a safe delivery environment for the crew handling heavy products.
- Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the installation process.
- Oversee the installation process from start to finish, providing updates to all involved parties.
- Review the Certificate of Completion and invoice, and ensure final payment from the customer.
Qualifications:
- Experience in construction, building materials, or supply chain preferred.
- Knowledge of windows and doors is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Outlook and Company Cam App.
Work Environment:
- This role involves daily travel to job sites, with some downtime in the showroom. A company truck, gas card, iPad, iPhone, and laptop will be provided. The typical schedule is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend events for community and charitable activities.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary of $40,000 - $45,000
