• Design cutting-edge data security solutions, including encryption, data classification, and cybersecurity operations.
• Utilize experience from roles such as CDO or CISO to lead secure data initiatives.
• Support business development through active participation in customer engagements and relationship building with key decision-makers.
• Partner with client and NetApp architects to develop technology architectures that align with business goals.
• Spearhead solution innovation, providing strategic roadmaps and reference architectures.
• Drive new business opportunities within existing accounts and by acquiring new clients.
• Promote the NetApp CTO brand through thought leadership and active engagement on social media and industry events.

• Over 10 years of experience in IT project leadership, focusing on Application, Cloud, or Storage Architecture.
• PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of architecture experience with relevant certifications.
• Proven background in DevOps, systems integration, or project implementation.
• Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure, including Storage, Compute, and Networking.

The base salary range for this position is $256,140 - $313,000 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
