Field Engineer - Schiavone Construction : Job Details

Supervise and manage construction activities in the field, ensuring adherence to project specifications and schedules. Coordinate with project managers, superintendents and other stakeholders to provide technical support and resolve construction challenges. Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality control procedures on job sites. Review and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications. Monitor daily progress and performance, including manpower, equipment, and materials, and provide reports to project management. Oversee and document site inspections, material testing, and other quality assurance activities. Assist in preparing and reviewing project documentation, such as daily reports, RFIs (Requests for Information), and change orders. Provide field support for construction teams, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise.
