Job Overview

As a field engineer, you will be at the heart of our operations and critical in transforming projects from design into reality. This position offers a competitive salary range of $ 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Safety and hazard identification and reporting.

· As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the cornerstone of seamless project execution, guiding field operations with precision and technical expertise. You will read and interpret construction blueprints with exceptional accuracy, ensuring the smooth translation of designs into real-world applications. Your role will involve facilitating effective communication among on-site teams, including foremen, operators, and field personnel, to ensure coordination at every stage.

· Generating Requests for Information (RFIs) to resolve technical queries and design clarifications, you will identify and document any discrepancies between design specifications and existing field conditions.

· Conduct field measurements, perform quality control inspections, and monitor construction progress, ensure all projects are completed per contract documents.

· Your ability to resolve technical challenges and coordinate with project stakeholders will be vital in keeping projects on track. You will also prepare thorough field reports and technical documentation, capturing critical information and supporting the success of each project. · Your leadership will extend to overseeing equipment testing, maintenance, installation, and planning. · A key part of your role will be meeting with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. You will prepare and submit detailed reports to superiors and other key individuals, keeping everyone informed and focused on the project's success.

Required Qualifications

• Engineering degree (1-2 years of college required; completed degree will be an advantage)

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings with exceptional accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to resolve technical challenges
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to conduct site visits and manage on-site operations
• A versatile and service-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing project needs
• Strong understanding of safety guidelines and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Technically savvy and computer literate, with the ability to use industry-specific tools and software effectively
