Position Summary:
As a Field Execution Representative, you will be focus driven to meet sales distribution goals, grow space in retail outlets, and increase points of interruption. Verify and ensure completion of the executional elements agreed to in the company/distributor commercial plans. Light-to-moderate merchandising of product in the cold vault and in coolers. Build and strengthen route level relationships in Nielsen measured accounts. Execute “Curb to Vault” strategy for point of sale and visual marketing.
Essential Job Functions:
Route level relationships with store managers on their specific routeMerchandising product in the cold vault and in coolersExpanding cold space in all accounts where applicableManagement and placement of point of sale (POS) materials both in and outside of accountsResponsibly care for program materials and assets of companyPunctuality, adherence to shift schedule demanded. Maintain the brand appearance and wear proper attire.Ensure professionalism, exceptional communication, and proactive interactions with customers and internal team membersPosition Requirements:
Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business, marketing or related field of studyMinimum 1 year of experience in salesMinimum 1 year of experience in customer facing roleMust have a clean driving record. Must be 21 years of age or olderBase Salary Range: $15 - $20 per hour
