Description Millennium Information Services is a leading national provider of property inspection services and innovative process management solutions for property and casualty insurance companies.Currently, we are looking to add to our Field Inspection Management team, and have a great opportunity for someone with Insurance Inspection or Claims background. This position will be remote.The Field Inspection Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of field operations within a geographical region. The span of responsibilities for this role includes the training, managing of time-service and quality of our national network of independent inspection contractors in the completion of insurance inspections.General responsibilities:
  • Managing and adjusting staffing capacity to meet projected order volume within Millenniums time service and quality standards.
  • Establishing and maintaining sufficient training programs and supporting staff resources.
  • Establishing, maintaining and enforcing adequate control policies and processes to ensure high levels of accuracy, sufficient data security, and adherence to client specifications in the gathering of inspection data by our inspection staff.
  • Analyzing time-service reports and making adjustments to meet company standards.
  • Training employees on best practices for inspection management.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years managing inspectors or claim adjusters
  • Property and Casualty and/or property inspection industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Construction Management or related industry
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills
