Position Overview

Join a leading digital banking client, providing hands-on IT support for local, regional, and global operations. This role suits a proactive IT professional ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work with cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver IT support for LAN/WAN networks, telephony, PCs, laptops, and printers.
• Manage global information security, including backups, virus protection, and audits.
• Resolve help desk incidents and collaborate with global IT teams.
• Support end users and senior management in office and remote settings.
• Lead IT projects involving network installations, AV equipment, and corporate real estate activities.
• Oversee IT asset inventory, disaster recovery efforts, and computer room management.
• Participate in IT planning and business continuity programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certification in IT or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in LAN/WAN and technical support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 11, Dell hardware, Cisco networks, DNS/DHCP, WAN/LAN technologies, and structured cabling.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.
