Job Description:
The Field Manager will assist the Director of Field Operations oversee, conduct and facilitate training. In addition, this person provide support to staff whenever needed to ensure NCTAT meets its mission statement. This position offers growth opportunities with potential to matriculate into increased supervisorial positions.
Job Duties:
- Assist with curriculum development
- Train commercial driving students
- Conduct construction upgrade classes
- Work with California DMV staff
- Present OSHA safety training in-person and virtually
- Assist with managing stakeholder relationships
Key Requirements:
- CA CDL A with all endorsements or ability to obtain within 3 months
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Forward thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability and desire to learn and teach
Additional Skills and Assets:
- Minimum of 5 years construction experience preferred
- College degree preferred but not required
- Familiarity with social media
