Job ResponsibilitiesUnder direct supervision of a Probation & Parole Agent, Probation & Parole Manager or a Field Office Specialist Supervisor, is responsible for performing secretarial and paraprofessional administrative duties; managing, coordinating and assisting in the performance of other specific related duties. Minimum and Additional Requirements A high school diploma. Preferred Qualifications An associate's degree in secretarial science or other related field and two years experience in related work; a bachelor's degree may be substituted for related work experience. Must possess the ability to type at a corrected rate of 45 words per minute. It is desired that applicants have familiarity with and ability to use a personal computer.
