Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Remodeling Field Manager to oversee operations of remodeling projects and ensure the successful execution of projects in the field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing teams, coordinating activities, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Duties

  • Residential remodeling experience a must (10 years)
  • Lead and manage field teams to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling work assignments and monitoring progress.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and addressing any personnel issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, including reports on progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge in relevant areas.
  • Daily schedule service and field employees.
  • Procurement.
  • Daily stock for field.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a field-based environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in project management, Sage 100, Microsoft.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the industry is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
