Field Operations Specialists support the business by ensuring all quality standards are met for Corporate Housing, Furnishings, and Cleaning Services prior to a guest arrival. Field Operations Specialists perform a variety of duties to service our Corporate Housing apartments and external Furniture rental and Cleaning Services clients.While team members are cross-trained on all job functions, you will have a primary focus as listed below under Primary Functions. What you'll be doing: Perform all tasks necessary to set up, maintain, and close out Corporate Housing, staging, and rental units
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Preparing, picking, and delivering furniture and housewares
- Picking up, processing/cleaning, and storing furniture and housewares
Essential FunctionsQuality Assurance
- Drive a company vehicle and make small deliveries to our corporate housing units and guests
- Perform quality assurance checks on our corporate housing units after housekeeping has finished and ensure unit is ready for guest arrival
- Do light cleaning as needed and perform occasional pest inspections
- Troubleshoot internet and cable issues, make minor repairs, and perform touch up painting as necessary to meet quality standards
- Submit task completion forms via phone app after each job and communicate with Dispatch regarding any issues
- Provide occasional tours and Meet and Greets for guests and deliver guest key packets to designated key drop locations
- Keep vehicle and tool bag stocked with necessary inventory and restock at the end of shift in preparation for the following workday
Furniture Delivery
- Paid training offered to drive a 24-foot truck to deliver and pick up furniture and housewares
- Assist with guest moves
- Fill out applicable paperwork with leasing offices for new unit set-ups
- Submit task completion forms via phone app after each job and communicate with Dispatch regarding any issues
Carpet Cleaning
- Drive a company vehicle
- Clean carpet, upholstery, tile and grout
- Submit task completion forms via phone app after each job and communicate with Dispatch regarding any issues
Warehouse
- Clean, process, organize and store inventory
- Pick furniture orders
- Operate lift trucks
- Furniture repair
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position does not supervise any employees.
- May also provide cross-training for staff.

- Driver's License and proof of insurability
- Maintenance skills are a plus
- QA experience is a plus
