***This position requires frequent nationwide (and occasional international) travel. Our Field Operatives provide boots on the ground project oversight and support while acting as the eyes and ears for the Project Manager(s) at all Logisticus Group's supply chain management services. The Field Operative(s) often support projects that are highly complex in nature, coordinating many moving parts and with many different players to ensure successful execution. The Field Operative(s) will provide supplier oversight management and act as a single point of contact for the customer while onsite. The Field Operative is responsible for working in conjunction with the Project Manager to coordinate activities performed by both internal employees and our external suppliers in the field while ensuring the highest standards of Safety, Quality, and Operational Excellence. The Field Operatives are supported by a Field Operative Coordinator who supports the planning and scheduling for the Team and as well as the Manager of Field Operations who manages all aspects of the Field Operations program.Field Operatives are stationed at projects across North America, and occasionally South America; this position is 100% travel.Supervisory Responsibilities:None.Duties/Responsibilities:Represents Logisticus Projects Group in a professional manner while onsite.Is committed to the company's Purpose, Vision and Core Values.Become proficient in LTMS usage.Ability to work alongside and coordinate with external contractors.Executes daily duties pertaining to Scope of Work or Project Plan.Attend kickoff meetings for assigned project, as well as any meetings pertaining to project.Properly provide support to customer/project needs (Inspections, coordination, HSE, QA/QC, Reporting).Monitor project progress daily and report to proper individuals (Depending on project reporting requirements).Promptly communicate any changes to project personnel and the LPG Project manager.Follow any field changes/updates when necessary to meet project demands.Properly execute Project Plans Job Hazard Analysis, Method Statements, Pre-Job Briefings.Interface with customers, contractors, subcontractors.Interact with respective parties for project...both internal and external.Relay any customer feedback/updates during project execution.Interact with multiple suppliers (truck, rail, barge, crane, etc.) depending on SOW of project.Develop and issue Concern Reports as required. Communicate, as soon as possible, to the Project Manager and Operations Safety Manager, the specific issue via phone or email and request assistance if needed.Report all Significant Events (accident, injuries, near miss) immediately (Daily Reporting, Weekly Reporting, LTMS Reporting, and Daily Nightly on Google sheets needs to be updated daily or depending on project reporting needs.Ensure Project Timecards (if applicable) as well as Punches are under correct project allocation and accurate or following customer guidelines (If changes are needed communicate to Field Operations Coordinator).Ensure project expenses are correct and under correct expense/project allocation.Continue to expand experience and skills and proficiencies throughout projects.Conduct field Behavior Based Observations weekly (if possible).Keep in mind Company Overhead and policies when pertaining to mobilization.Education and Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent.Current state issued driver's license with acceptable driving history.Ability to utilize the Company's preferred and paid for method of travel - flights & rental cars.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of an organization.Ability to use an assigned laptop and utilize Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel).Prior supervision or management experience highly desired.Previous Quality Control/Quality Assurance experience highly desired.Maintain the required minimum certifications listed below:OSHA 10 / 30Confined SpaceCPR/AED/First AidRail SafetyValid Driver's LicenseTWIC CardPhysical Requirements:Ability to walk, bend, twist, push, pull, climb ladders, lift 50lbs or more.Ability to work remotely.Proficiency taking and uploading photos.Ability to read and understand technical documentation.Work in all types of weather conditions; outside for extended periods of time.EEO Statement:Logisticus Projects Group provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.#J-18808-Ljbffr
