Full-time opportunity available for Registered Nurses (RN) for patient health assessment and training support for home health aides and personal care aides. True Care is a leading industry Licensed Home Care Service Agency that offers visits for a wide variety of client needs and care levels. Individual patient visits are a fulfilling way to really get to know people and help them in a meaningful way. Supporting a patient and their caregiver is an opportunity to really make a difference .

About the Job

• G eneral health assessment patient visits

• Training support for Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs)

What you need:

• Current RN New York license in good standing

• 2 years of nursing experience including one year of experience in home health preferred

• Bilingual Spanish or Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus

• Weekend flexibility is a plus
