Description The FRM Lead will be directly responsible for an FRM team performance within an assigned geography. The FRM is responsible for the coverage and access strategy that will maximize patient access within an assigned geographic area. ResponsibilitiesThe Field Reimbursement Manager Lead will be directly responsible for the Field Reimbursement (FRM) team performance within an assigned geography.
  • Direct oversight of Field Reimbursement Managers - recruit, interview, hire, and monitor team performance
  • Provide Access/Reimbursement (coding, coverage any payment policy) coaching expertise on manufacturer products in all places of service
  • Ensure team provides access education to physician offices throughout the access journey
  • Ensure team follows client rules of engagement, delivers on Management by Objectives/metrics, and provides a high customer satisfaction experience
  • Monitor team performance submit timely field coaching reports
  • Educate direct reports on how to navigate & educate on required access models by utilizing an in depth understanding of Utilization Management criteria for both commercial and government payers, Assignment of Benefits and Medicare Part B or D options for reimbursement
  • Provide coaching to assigned team of Field Reimbursement Managers to ensure local patient access and achievement of MBOs
  • Identify prospective opportunity or coverage issue and communicate to your team and internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to Hub/Call Center, Market Access, Sales, and other field partners.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in reimbursement/access supporting a specialty or biologic product
  • 3+ years management experience
  • Experience working with a buy and bill product required
  • Experience working with a patient-centric hub
  • Previous market access management experience required
  • Past success in launching products and execution of launch excellence and plans
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to meet the requirement of heavy travel, including overnights and/or weekends
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $155,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
