- Corcoran Research is part of a client, a leading company fully dedicated to agriculture which sells Cotton varieties under the Phytogen brand name.
- This position will be performing field and greenhouse activities at the Station, such as (but not limited to): planting, applying pesticides, applying fertilizer, harvesting, and processing relatively small samples of Cotton.
- Safety and quality of the processes and products are in our culture.
- This position will be key in maintaining those high standards we cherish.
- All main activities will be done at the station with low travel requirements outside.
- Minimum of a bachelor s degree in agriculture or scientific related field.
- Field, greenhouse, and warehouse experience, such as pest management, planting, harvesting, filling and sorting seed packets, crossing, will be preferred.
- Demonstrated excellent communication/personal interaction skills to foster teamwork, enhance a positive work environment, and effectively develop strong internal and external working relationships with a diverse group of people, will be valued.
