Role Overview: As a Field Sales Representative at Picco Beverage Group (Triple High Seltzer), you'll be the driving force behind our rapid on and off premise expansion nationwide. This role is perfect for a dynamic, results-driven professional eager to bring their passion for sales and deep understanding of the beverage industry to a cutting edge brand. You'll work closely with our sales leaders and executive team to carry out our sales strategy, expand our presence, and ensure Triple High Seltzer is at the forefront of the THC seltzer movement.
Key Responsibilities: - Routine Management System: Adherence to the Sales Team's structured processes which includes weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings, account call frequency, samplings and special event activation.
- Market Presence: Spend at least 80% of your time in the field, building and nurturing relationships with distributor partners, on-premise, and off-premise accounts.
- Sales and Distribution: Secure new placements and manage the ongoing requirements of existing accounts, with a focus on expanding Triple's market share in your given territory.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent Triple's values and ethos in every interaction, serving as a brand ambassador and educating partners and consumers about our products. While the majority of the requirements will center around sales, the position will also require you to conduct tastings and work sponsored promotional events.
- Work closely with local distributor partners to collaborate on goals and objectives and ensure proper product inventory and proactively manage OOS issues
- Feedback Loop: Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy adjustments.
- Achievement of Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets as set by the Head of Sales and company leadership, contributing to the overall success of the brand.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales & marketing team to refine sales tactics and strategies based on field insights.

Requirements
Location: The ideal candidate will reside in Atlanta or the surrounding areas and be able to effectively cover a sales territory encompassing other parts of Georgia.
Minimum Qualifications: - 1-3 years proven experience in field sales, preferably in the beverage industry, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Exceptional presentation skills and confidence in addressing both intimate gatherings and large audiences.
- Passionate about being at the cutting edge of the beverage industry.
- Must be self-motivated, with a high level of energy and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with the on-premise and of-premise account landscape in your territory is a plus.
- Must have a valid and un-suspended driver's license and access to a reliable automobile.
- Willingness to embrace technology to perform job functions.
- Must be willing to travel within assigned sales region.
- Must be willing to work nights and weekends to support account and special event activations, samplings, and festivals as needed.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Successful completion of background check upon acceptance of offer.
Preferred Qualifications: - Business degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years Beverage Alcohol or Hemp Derived THC Industry Experience (knowledge of legal framework, promotional regulations, and three-tier system).
- Proficiency using Google Workspace & Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency using CRM system, route optimization and accountability software.
- Familiarity with beverage industry specific tools such as VIP next level systems, KARMA, and iDig
Benefits
Base Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 based on experience and location
Annual Bonus: 25% based on company performance
Monthly Commission: ~ $4000 based on personal performance
Car Allowance: $750.00
Cell Phone & Internet Allowance: Up to $150.00 per month
Paid Time Off: 15 Days PTO + designated Company Holidays
