JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking to hire a Field Service Business Associate (FSBA) who will work directly with the Service Business Specialist and Field Service Manager. This position performs many supportive duties, including quoting, sales order management, sales support, and managing small, short-term projects. The FSBA works closely with customers, Sales, Field Service, the Regional Repair Center (RRC), and others throughout the business to ensure customer satisfaction. The Field Service Business Associate must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, be extremely well-organized, and take the initiative to complete assigned tasks – all while providing an exceptional level of customer service and cultivating strong relationships with customers and peers across many departments.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Background within plumbing construction/admin, electrical
• Customer service experience
• Experience with supporting/coordination of product bidding, quotes/technical quoting
• Understanding of discounts, percentages, and proportions/currency conversion
• Must type 50 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to read and analyze business information

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Construction or general contractor experience.
• Direct experience estimating or bidding such work.
