Come work as a field service engineer for the leading organization in the production of the most advanced automatic medication dispensary machines, pharmacy software, and technology-enabled pharmacy services. You'll be joining a growing organization whose culture encourages individual development, rewards intellectual curiosity, and embraces an inclusive environment.As a Field Service Engineers (FSE) you will provide troubleshooting, repair services and scheduled preventive maintenance for the organization's pharmacy and supply automation solutions at customer sites within a designated geographic area.As a local based field service engineer you will be dispatched as needed by the organizations 24x7 Call Center. You will work on a mix of hardware and software repairs which is why if you have an electromechanical background, you will be a phenomenal fit.Based on your region could be just your city, or up to 3 hours away if you are in a smaller city. No overnight travel expected. Travel is reimbursed through a monthly stipend and mileage is paid. Must have your own vehicle. Stipend is $400-$1000 a month depending on location. Mileage is paid on what you drive and current gas prices. Base salary (depending on location)- 401k w/ match-quarterly bonus of 5%. Overtime available, if you work before 8am or after 5pm those hours will be paid at time and a half as those are considered outside the normal workday. 11 days PTO, 10 sick days, full medical benefits.Will need to be Covid vaccinated due to being in hospitals and pharmacies.
