We are seeking a skilled technician to oversee the installation processes for water treatment facilities. The ideal candidate will manage contractors, oversee projects, ensure proper installation of electrical and control systems, and train facility employees on the newly installed equipment. As the face of the company, the Field Service Engineer must maintain excellent client relations, keep clients informed and satisfied, and document all aspects of the installation process. This position requires a decisive individual capable of making independent decisions to ensure the successful execution of installations.Key responsibilities:- Project Management, oversee the entire installation process for water treatment facilities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget- Contractor Management: Manage and coordinate with contractors to ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications- Technical Oversight: Understand electrical and control systems sufficiently to direct technicians in correcting installation errors- Training: Train facility employees on the operation and maintenance of newly installed equipment, ensuring they are fully capable of running the equipment efficiently- Client relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during installations, keeping them informed, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction- Documentation: Document the installation process thoroughly, including taking photos and maintaining detailed records of the work completed- Decision making: Make independent decisions and provide solutions to any challenges that arise during the installation processPay: Salary based $75K to $85K with the ability to earn overtime for all hours worked beyond 40 hrs.Time paid: You are paid for all travel time resulting in overtime.401k: 6% match on the $1Medical, dental, vision, the company pays for 50% of the employeePTO: You will start with 2 weeks for this yearCompany holidays: 10 daysSick days- 5 paid sick daysCompany phoneCompany computerCompany uniformsAllowances for bootsAll PPI is providedWill never need to use personal vehicle, if it is a local driving job you can rent a vehicle.All travel is paid for and you get to collect your points for flights, hotels, rental cars, meaning you can later pay for your vacation with these pointsThe candidate must have the ability to travel Monday to Friday, 80% of the time.This is a fast growing company, that will always maintain its small family feels while it brings in a big amount of profit..
