Job DetailsWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our well-established and growing team. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical service and support to our customers, including commissioning, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of our manufacturing equipment. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong customer service orientation. Responsibilities:1. Provide field service support to customers, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.2. Perform equipment commissioning, ensuring new equipment is functioning properly and safely.3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and technical support.4. Document service and repair information, maintaining accurate records of all work performed.5. Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve complex technical issues, providing feedback and suggestions for product improvement.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer supporting water treatment or filtration.3. Proven experience with troubleshooting, electromechanical systems, industrial equipment, and manufacturing equipment.4. Experience with equipment commissioning is essential.5.
