Job Description :
- Must have minimum of 5-7 years of experience in technical field service in the pressure sensitive label Industry
- Strong technical background combined with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Requires the ability to quickly troubleshoot, assisting stakeholders throughout the value chain solve application and converting issues, while also being proactive in recommending product, process and converting improvements, new product opportunities by sharing market insights that will enable growth.
- Troubleshoot application and converting issues with a sense of urgency
- Partner with sales and marketing to conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the technical benefits of our solutions, attending trade shows, industry events and conferences as needed
