The Field Service Representative is responsible for servicing the day to day operations of existing A0-A3 customers by ensuring customer satisfaction through effective inventory management, order processing and problem solving. The role will be measured primarily on account retention, profitability and share of wallet growth. As part of providing a high-level of customer satisfaction, the Field Service Representative will be the customer go to for all Ascentek services and products and working closely with Account Sales Executives to onboard new accounts.
Education: Minimum High School, Preferred Bachelor or technical degree; Business, Communications
Experience/Training:
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDSThis role requires continuous speaking and listening skills on a daily basis. Communication is an essential part of this role. In addition, this role will require a significant amount of walking, standing and moving in and out of vehicles and buildings which will include bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, climbing and the ability to lift up to 40lbs. The employee will be required to travel via an automobile throughout each day. The mental and physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:This role will encounter the elements of the seasons and working in mechanic shops with equipment, loud noises and possibly slippery conditions. This person will need to be aware of his or her surroundings at all times and keep their safety in mind at all times. Individuals must adhere to all accounts safety requirements that may require protective equipment such as closed toe shoes, safety goggles or hard hats.
