One of the fastest-growing medical imaging sales and service organization in the southeast Is looking for a Field Service Tech for their Meridian, MS location.This is smaller company with family atmosphere that treats there employees very well. Utilizing products from various radiological supply and equipment manufacturers, this company is a full spectrum provider for all imaging demands. Whether a smaller private practice or a high-volume facility with multiple modalities, this organization has the latest technologies to streamline patient flow, maximize throughput and improve quality of care.Responsibilities:- Identify, troubleshoot, and repair customer equipment in a cost-effective manner- Check in with main hospital Bio-Med department at least (4) days per week- Maintain an excellent level of customer satisfaction on sites that are assigned to you- Service reports and expense reports are to be completed per company protocols.- Provide tech support to other engineers as needed- Assist in special projects where needed- Assist and maintain ISO Process- Participate in scheduled MRI and CT cross training- Other duties as assignedThey are looking for a Field Service Technician with bio-med background. This is no travel other than servicing the hospital network in the Meridian area. They do not overwork employees and pay a bonus for the right candidate.Base salary, plus full benefits, 401k and 500 a month car allowance, company card and gas paid for.
