Field Service Technician / Diesel Mechanic - Rueter and Zenor Company : Job Details

In this role, you will perform a variety of mechanical repairs on gas and diesel engines, troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems, and ensure our equipment runs at peak performance.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct shop-based repair work and perform quality maintenance service on customer equipment.
• Occasionally travel to customer locations for on-site service.
• Accurately diagnose equipment issues and recommend effective repairs.
• Identify required parts and supplies to complete repairs efficiently.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following proper safety procedures.
• Keep detailed records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on repairs.
• Assist with loading and unloading machinery, operating a forklift as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of CNH or equivalent repair training and experience.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL is a plus.
• Must possess your own tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Work Environment: This full-time position involves both office and fieldwork, requiring exposure to various weather conditions and uneven surfaces.
