FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Overview:Field Service Technicians are responsible for delivering high-quality service to Michigan Air's customers, focusing on safety, quality, integrity, and collaboration. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining compressed air equipment to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test compressed air equipment on-site.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections on compressed air equipment.
• Advise customers on equipment needs, maintenance, and repairs.
• Document work performed and submit reports timely.
• Coordinate with Parts and Sales Departments to facilitate customer service.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 4 years of industrial equipment maintenance experience.
• Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Keen attention to detail.

Salary: $30-$40/hr- commensurate with experience
