FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIANRochester, NY- Pays up $90,000 + OT PRIDESTAFF has an immediate opening for a Field Service Technician position with a fantastic growing company local to Rocky Hill, CT. *This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity! PrideStaff has partnered with one of the world's leading manufacturers of high-end injection molding machines for plastics processing who are experts on efficient injection molding.

• The salary range is between $65K-90K based on experience.

Responsibilities for the Field Service Technician role:

• Installation of new injection molding machines, robotics and automation systems in a specified territory and providing subsequent customer training.
• Independently diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing highly sophisticated injection molding machines.
• Rebuilding and modifying molding machines according to factory specifications.
• Assist with process optimization according to customer requirement.
• 3 Months of in house Company training in Rocky Hill
• 2-3 Nights a week on average for over night stays when traveling to customer locations
• 4 Weeks of training at corporate head quarters in Germany

Qualifications for the Field Service Technician position:

• 3+ years' experience in field service or manufacturing utilizing a high degree of electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic diagnosis and knowledge.
• Able to read and decipher electrical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Electrically trained, capable of hydraulic troubleshooting with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Plastic processing knowledge required.
• Have an Associate's degree in electronics or a related field or related experience.
