Description
* Serves existing and new accounts by diagnosing, servicing and repairing forklift trucks
* Conducting tests and resolving problems
* Establishes service by studying system requirements, ordering and gathering components and parts and completing installations
* Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions and suggesting improved methods and techniques
* Keeps personal and company equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventative maintenance and calling in repairs
* Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports and logs
Requirements
* Knowledge of internal combustion engines (Gas, LPG and Diesel)
* Basic understanding of electricity and hydraulics
* Equipment Maintenance
* Analyzing information
* Requires a valid driver's license
* Must have a clear motor vehicle report
* Ability to work independently and as a team
* Quality Focus
* Results Driven
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent Customer Relations skills
* Must acquire own tools
