Field Service Technician - Apex Systems : Job Details

IT Field Tech

Location: Springfield, IL - position will require local site to site travel to job locations (40+ miles/day)

Duration: 90-day contract-to-hire

Schedule: Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM

Pay: $17-19/hr + mileage reimbursement

Position Summary:

• Technician will travel to each clients location
• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer
• Works under general supervision.
• Local Travel required for daily dispatch

Requirements:

• Valid DL and reliable transportation for required travel
• Must have good admin and organizational skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of printer, laptop, desktop, server and network
• Candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs)
