Required Education:
• High School Diploma
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• 4+ years' experience in the industry and outside vendor hardware knowledge
• Advanced understanding of HVAC, and experience/exposure to other building or electronic control systems and software applications
• Communication skills for interfacing directly with customers and other trades
• Coordination of other project team activities on site, including coordination with other trades, general contractors, commissioning agents, and customers/customer representatives
Job Duties:
• Responsible for project coordination, safety, installation, checkout, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Ensures that daily activities on site for projects are completed and regular progress on projects are communicated to the project manager
• Work under intermittent supervision of a Project Manager or Project Engineer and reports directly to the Construction Manager
