A strong candidate will be able to complete the following tasks:- Travel frequently, with up to 50% as managed by the dispatch team- Candidates must have a flexible schedule and clean driving record- Work comfortably on ladders (up to 40-ft. extension ladder), in bell/clock towers, and in boom lifts- Possess basic mechanical and electronic trouble shooting skills; they will train you on the detailed workings of their products, but you should have a knack and a desire for fixing equipment issues utilizing technical manuals, engineering drawings, and technical support- Program electronic control equipment with the aid of manuals and technical support- Be the company's face to the customer and therefore capable of communicating in an effective, courteous, and professional manner- Document and summarize issues and the work completed in a clear manner, through end-of-work reportsThe ideal candidate will excel at building customer relationships and developing technical skills.
