You must be comfortable in a client facing role and comfortable with high travel. During peak travel, you will be on the road Monday through Friday 2-3 weeks per month.In this role, you will be required to re-locate to the company headquarters located in Charlotte, North Carolina. For approximately 24 months you will complete a rigorous training curriculum involving on-site training, trips to the parent company facility in Germany, shadowing senior technicians on service calls throughout the US, and self-paced coursework. The training period is at full salary. Once established as a fully trained Field Service Tech, you may relocate and home dispatch from anywhere in the US as long as you have reasonable access to a major airport. This role also includes company tools, laptop, cell, per diem, annual merit pay increase evaluations, annual COLA adjustments, and full travel reimbursement or company card option.
