Our client, a global water treatment company wants to hire military veterans to fill their Field Service Technician in Denver and surrounding area. This is a traveling position. A strong candidate will be able to complete the following tasks:About the role:- Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance- Conduct maintenance and calibration activities- Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems- Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts- Conduct mechanical, electrical troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation- Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed- Consult with customer management and operation teams- Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications- Other duties as requiredIn this service role, you will need to bring your positive attitude to work with you every day because making other people happy makes you happy. To be successful in this role you should have the following:- Familiarity with pumps and motors- Some basic electrical knowledge- Experience reading drawings, operating tools, testing equipment, and performing maintenance proceduresMany maintenance related roles in the military are a good fit for this position. Machinist mates, mechanics, enginemen, machinery repairmen, electronics techs, and gas turbine technicians have had great careers at this company.Base salary, $65 - $80K, full benefits, with overtime available.
