Primary Purpose
Overall responsibility for the Field Services operations which includes the financial performance and compliance with governmental regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
* Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
* Manage day-to-day Field Service operations.
* Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations.
* Ensure Company policies and procedures are being followed as it relates to Field Services.
* Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance, discipline and discharge employees within the field services department.
* Monitor cost of Field Services operations which in turn dictate pricing and profitability.
* Review and approve Field Services expenditures as it relates to projects, equipment and supplies.
* Responsible for the budgetary planning and for the financial performance of Field Services operations including the billing of projects.
* Prepares and audits various mandatory reports relating to Field Service operations.
* Ensures the proper and timely maintenance of all equipment and vehicles for location.
* Assists in the proposal development; attends pre-bid meetings; assists with cost estimates and project planning.
* Responsible for ensuring satisfaction of prospective and existing Field Service clients.
* Works with Safety & Compliance Coordinator to ensure projects meet company, regulatory, and customer safety requirements.
* Must be available for Emergency Response and after hour calls.
* Oversee the scheduling of Field Service projects and ensure projects are billed in a timely fashion.

Education: Four Year Degree Required.
Experience: Five+ years of Field Service experience required.
Knowledge and Abilities: This is a safety sensitive position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function. Thorough knowledge and understanding of all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations pertaining to the environmental services industry. Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with internal and external contacts. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to wear personal protective equipment, including respirator. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
