Description Position at Triage Partners, LLC Field Services Supervisor The Field Services Supervisor is responsible for overall management of our 1099 Technicians to achieve customer satisfaction. This individual must interpret Triage Partners, LLC policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates, and be competent to perform a variety of highly skilled technical work in the installation, maintenance, and repair of service installs. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of technicians in performing installations, repairs, and maintenance of telecommunications equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety practices and procedures.
  • Coordinate and schedule assignments to meet service objectives and deadlines.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any issues.
  • Oversee inventory management, including equipment, tools, and materials.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of work activities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, implementing best practices.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse workforce.
  • Proven success in managing all aspects of a business operation or market with some P&L responsibility.
  • Considerable knowledge and experience of methods, tools, equipment, and materials used in the service installation, equipment testing, repair, and maintenance field.
  • Must be able to interact with internal/external customers and various community leaders to establish long term relationships.
  • Deep understanding of legal health and safety guidelines.
  • Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment.
Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge at the highest level and considerable experience of company systems including Field Inventory Management, FIOS Management Database, VXField System, SIMPL, My Tech Portal.
  • Considerable knowledge and experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
  • Enjoy working in a fast pace in a rapidly changing environment.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements: In this position, some travel required and may require driving for long periods of time to remote locations. You may be sitting for extended periods of time, and also able to work long hours and up to six days a week as needed.
