Job Duties and Responsibilities Technical Expertise: You'll perform diagnostics, installations, repairs, and retrofits on equipment. You'll also handle basic connected installations and provide customer training. Managing Territory: You'll effectively manage your territory, inventory, and customer relationships. You will also work closely with sales partners and complete all required administrative tasks. Customer Service: Interaction with customers is a major part of this role. You'll ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, provide technical assistance, and maintain professional relationships. Qualifications and Skills Required: A valid state driver's license and auto insurance coverage. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electro-mechanical devices, electrical circuitry, and digital competencies. Problem-Solving: Methodical approach to resolving problems and strong judgment in troubleshooting. Communication: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Technical Reading: Ability to comprehend written technical information. Working Conditions Travel: Extensive travel is required, either by automobile or on foot, often in a variety of weather conditions. Physical Demands: You'll need to be able to move heavy objects, and perform frequent stooping, bending, and kneeling.
