Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Oversee daily job completion, ensuring projects are on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Conduct quality control inspections to prevent or minimize callbacks and service calls.
- Work alongside installation crews to set the pace and complete jobs efficiently.
- Ensure final payments are collected accurately at the end of each workday.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage employee timecards, overtime, and punch accuracy.
- Meet with the crew every morning to ensure trucks have the necessary materials, supplies, and tools.
- Ensure all trucks are en route to job sites by 8 AM daily.
- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure installers are up to date on safety training.
- Operations Management:
- Collaborate with the shop supervisor to ensure vehicle maintenance, tool/inventory management, and end-of-day maintenance are completed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in trucks and the shop.
- Supply weekly material needs to the Buffalo Field Manager for ordering.
- Ensure iPads are in working order and charged.
- Schedule and maintain DOT requirements for employees.
- Customer Service:
- Handle all service calls with customers and schedule them accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Proficient in using technology and relevant software.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
