Job Summary:

The Field Supervisor oversees the execution and documentation of all projects by Fluid Field Staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and quality. This role manages and mentors Field Technicians and Senior Field Technicians while implementing 5S and LEAN practices. The supervisor will also create a Field Development and Training Program to meet safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:

• Onboard, train, and develop Field Technicians and Senior Technicians.
• Participate in hiring and create training programs.
• Set and enforce quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Lead regular communication with direct reports (up to 6).

Project Planning:

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to review job sites and plan logistics.
• Organize pre-installation meetings and prepare scheduling instructions.
• Ensure site readiness 48-72 hours before the start of installations.

Project Execution:

• Lead project kick-offs, focusing on logistics, safety, and customer communication.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Scheduling teams to ensure accurate deliveries.
• Monitor installation progress to maintain quality standards.
• Oversee project close-outs and ensure reports are completed.

Product, Tool, and Technical Support:

• Address quality and safety issues, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
• Serve as a technical resource for product installations.
• Oversee tool inventory and assist with creating tool budgets.

Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial furniture installation (3-5 years).
• Ability to install all major furniture lines and understand installation processes.
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work extended hours if necessary.
• Must pass background check and hold a valid driver's license.
• Adhere to OSHA safety standards.
