Field Supervisor - Roofing - RoofCrafters Roofing : Job Details

RoofCrafters Roofing LLC, is looking for an experienced Field Supervisor to join our team! This person will lead the successful execution of a variety of projects from start to finish.The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities who thrives in fast-paced environments.Responsibilities:Review job contracts; accuracy, resolve questions, correct discrepancies prior to installCommunication with Client at the beginning of every job and throughout up to the completion of job, final walk through, collection of payment and closed with Client satisfaction. Ask for reviews.Monitor all phases of assigned jobs and ensure proper installation in accordance with the contractFacilitate change orders in accordance with SOP. ensure proper photos are uploadSafety; monitor safety inspection forms, employee and crew safety, accountability for self and team; re-training when guidelines are not metManage delivery and pick up of dump trailersManaging product delivery and inventory product for accuracy in accordance with contract; verify product colors with clientEnsure all Quality and Installation Standards are maintained at or above expectations and in accordance with Warranty requirementsEnsure Client property is respected, protected and clean at all times. Leave it in better conditionCommunicating the various Payment Options available to Client at the start of job to assist in collectionEnsure job meets the completion deadlines through urgent response to any and all issuesQuickly correct any breakdowns in the process as they ariseContinued training; identify issues with crews, communicate with direct supervisor recurring issuesStrategic thinking, complex problem solving, solution orientedRequirements:Previous Roofing/Construction knowledge and experienceGood driving record- Driving record will be checked through insurance companyStrong leadership skills; ability to rally and motivate your team, delegate, develop, active listener, empathetic, celebrate wins, reward and recognizeMust be familiar with various roofing systems and roofing terminologyPrevious experience with a CRM or ability to learnComputer/Technical ProficiencyOrganized and detailedStrong work ethic and positive attitudeGreat customer service skillsAbility to confidently utilize basic computer programs/softwareAbility to multitask and attention to detailRegular and reliable attendanceAbility to self manage and work independently with minimal supervisionBenefits:Company Vehicle, (with satisfactory Driving Record)Company Credit Card/UniformsHealth, Vision/Dental, and Supplemental Accident and Illness Insurance Available after 90 days.Health Benefits Paid 50% by Company after 3 years of EmploymentPTO accrued per paycheck available at 90 daysWorking with a great team of people
