We are in search for a Field Supervisor/Scheduling Coordinator Assistant for our fast-paced growing company. The Field Supervisor/Scheduling Assistant has the primary objective of promoting client satisfaction by ensuring proper training for caregivers and consistent and professional staffing per the clients request by assisting in providing a set schedule in addition to filling open shifts due to call outs. This position will also assist with administrative tasks to maintain and improve the overall efficiency of the company's internal operations. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. This position will work closely with the Director of Care Coordination to foster excellent relationships with both caregivers and clients.
Requirements:
*Use Wellsky Personal Care software (formerly known as ClearCare) to schedule shifts*Fill shifts quickly when callouts occur*Monitor and answer daily texts from caregivers, clients and office staff during business hours, some evenings and weekends (to be discussed during interview).*Maintain rapport with caregiver and clients.*Check clock in's/clock out's daily for accuracy*Communicate daily with CEO, hiring manager and Executive Director regarding scheduling, caregivers and clients to ensure all are aware of daily happenings.*Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
*On call rotation some nights and weekends.
*Assist colleagues including the Executive Director, Hiring Manager and CEO wherever there is an opportunity to do so
