Job Description :
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Install and configure client computer systems.Respond to customer IT support requests.Meet with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.Provide technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.Offer solutions that satisfy the needs of customers.Resolve hardware and software issues and networking problems.Maintain good customer relations.Track and manage work records.Compile job and time reports.Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner.Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.Required Knowledge Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to professionally communicate and deescalate high stress situations.Excellent organizational skills, time-management, and prioritization skills and attention to detail.Proven ability to meet deadlines.Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Self- starter who is able to follow directions, work well within a team environment, and also work independently when required.The job requires 75% day travel and 5% night travel.Education and Experience:4+ years of experience working in an operational IT role.Expert skills with Windows 10, Apple and Android mobile devices.Basic proficiency with networking devices and cabling.Ability to diagnose and resolve complex computer technical issues.A+, Security+ and/or Network+ a plus.Critical thinking and decision-making skills.Solid emotional intelligence and mental sharpness as required to deal with simultaneous high-priority requirements and an occasionally stressful work environment.Unwavering commitment to providing courteous, timely and accurate customer service.Suitable fit and personality to be a team player who works tirelessly for the good of the team and company.Clean driving record over the last three years.Physical Requirements: The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
