General Summary: This entry-level position assists in cleaning and product transfers for various industries, including railroad and grain processing.

Duties and Responsibilities.

· Perform silo/bin cleaning and product transfers using vac systems in agricultural environments

· Clean from side and/or top entry of silos/bins

· Scrape down silo walls and move product with vac systems

· Perform general cleaning duties and work in confined, dark spaces

· Engage in strenuous physical labor, using hand and power tools

· Conduct maintenance and construction tasks with problem-solving abilities

· Work both independently and as part of a team

· Operate pick-ups and small equipment

· Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety rules

· Learn and handle hazardous materials safely

· Maintain equipment service records and ensure proper use of company tools

· Occasionally respond to hazardous material and environmental emergencies

· 75% travel required

Requirements: Valid Driver's License with clean driving record, previous sales experience, and MUST LIVE LOCALLY IN THE AREA.

· Intermediate-level position requiring teamwork and understanding instructions

· Ability to use or learn to use various tools and equipment (e.g., pulleys, hand/power tools, welding equipment, forklifts, flatbed trucks)

· Extended driving and physical labor in extreme weather and terrain conditions

· Physically challenging work environment, requiring alertness and endurance

· May involve hazardous waste/controlled substance transfer requiring PPE and safety protocols

· Work performed outdoors in demanding conditions, including heights and confined spaces

· Heavy manual labor under harsh conditions with occasional remediation tasks using powered hand tools
