Pay will be determined on work experience related to our industry.Job Description: We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Industrial Field Techs/ General Laborers. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. This position involves various tasks in an industrial setting, including but not limited to:

• Assisting with loading and unloading materials
• Operating machinery and equipment
• Performing general maintenance tasks
• Following safety protocols and guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in an industrial setting preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor
• Basic math and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
