The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead safety, quality, and revenue generation throughout our existing operations and additional operations through growth.Job Details

• Starting wage of $32.00 Plus /hr. for applicants with extensive experience. Starting wages will be based on experience level. $3 Night Shift Premium for night shift work.
• Perform repairs, routine maintenance, and inspections on a wide variety of mining equipment (i.e.- Front End Loaders, Excavators, Dozers, Articulated Haul Trucks), and dump trucks.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair a wide range of service issues that affect major components: engines, brake systems, transmissions, torque converters, hydraulic systems, drive train components, heating/cooling and electrical systems, as well as other systems generally encountered in the industry

Qualifications

• Driver's license and Clean MVR is required. CDL License a plus.
• Uncompromising focus on safety excellence and able to perform all duties under DOT regulations & company safety policies and practices.
• Minimum of three years of experience working on heavy off-road equipment and on-road trucks.
• Inspect machines for abnormalities or defects.
• Perform routine scheduled maintenance on heavy off-road equipment and dump trucks.
• Complete maintenance and work order repair records.
• Be able to weld and fabricate, as needed.
• Heavy equipment parts familiarization including parts catalogs, procurement, handling, storage, and cost of heavy equipment parts.
• Perform housekeeping duties and work area checks.
• Ability to operate mobile equipment.
• Operate a company vehicle on public highways and job sites.
• Capable of working with limited supervision and scheduling own work.
• Weekend work/overtime may be required.
• Experience performing DOT Annual Inspections preferred
• Ability to stoop, push, kneel, twist and lift 70lbs +.
• Ability to climb and perform work on heights of 20 feet
• Able to work in all kinds of weather conditions.
• Able to develop working relationships with other employees and vendors.
