Field Technicians - ESI - Oklahoma - April 1st - $21/hourEnvironmental Solutions & Innovations, Inc. (ESI) is a medium-sized, woman-owned environmental consulting firm with over 20 years' experience assisting clients in complying with state and federal policies related to the natural and cultural environment. ESI's team includes over 80 full-time archaeologists, scientists, and engineers with specialties ranging from architectural history to animal ecology to field archaeology to wetland science to regulations.Positions Available:Archaeological Field TechniciansLocation: The project is around central Oklahoma.Pay Rate: $21/hour.Overtime pay at a rate of 1.5 times your normal rate for hours worked exceeding 40 in a calendar week (Sunday to Saturday).Survey Type: Phase IAnticipated Project Duration: The project is anticipated to be 2-3 weeks. After this project is complete, there may be additional work in AR and MO.Will be paid once at the start of the project.Up to 8 hours of drive time allotted.Mileage at $0.665/mile for up to 500 miles.$55 per diem for travel day.Will be paid once at the end of the project.Project Work Schedule:6 days on/1 day offSunday will be the day off.Approximately 8-10 hour work days.Transportation will be provided from the hotel to the work site. This travel time will be paid.$55/work day (no receipts required).Direct deposited biweekly.If funds for the week are needed sooner, ESI allows one per diem advance per year.Accommodations:Lodging will be provided during the 1 day off.Qualifications:BA in anthropology, archaeology, or related field.Completed an archaeological field school as part of their education OR 3-6 months of relevant field experience.Able to identify historic and precontact artifacts and features.Able to take accurate field notes.Familiar with field maps and navigation.Able to travel and work in the field for extended periods of time.Able to work in remote locations with rugged terrains on projects that require walking and carrying 30+ lbs. gear for extended periods of time.Able to work in variable weather conditions.Must possess a valid driver's license.Must be able to pass all pre-hire screenings.Apply: Please submit a resume and inquiries to CRMTech@... using the email subject Field Technician - Oklahoma  .
