We are seeking to hire a Director with strong institutional relationships in North America. The Director will be responsible for: 1) Fundraising - Sourcing LP commitments from North America-based investors for the various Funds (Debt & Equity) and Structured Credit vehicles, 2) Structuring - Structuring solutions for various investment strategies; and 3) Investor Relations - Maintaining strong relationships with our GP and strategic partners in North America.

As such, the ideal candidate's institutional relationships should include banks, asset managers, insurance companies, pension funds and family offices.

You will:

  • LP sourcing across North America (Banks, Pension Funds, Insurance Co's, SWF's and Family Offices)
  • Relationship management with our current GP and strategic partners in North America
  • Work collaboratively with the Global FIG team in sharing best practices and current market trends/ideas with respect to fundraising
  • Work closely with our marketing and fund accounting teams to maintain and develop marketing materials for tailored client presentations
  • Keep abreast of regulatory and legal developments associated with investor fundraising and relations

You have:

  • A solid understanding of private capital markets (Credit & Equity) and substantial capital raising experience is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have 6 - 8 years of experience and will be based in NYC.
  • Fluent English is required for this role.
