Job DescriptionInGenesis is currently seeking a File Clerk to work with our client in Albany, NY. In this role, you will be working with the Human Resources department to create digital copies of agency documents while maintaining security.Apply today and we'll reach out to answer any questions you may have!Job Duties

• Prepare and scan various confidential documents for electronic retention purposes
• Process and organize scanned documents in various formats for retention on network and local drives
• Provide regular feedback regarding scanning status and direct any questions or concerns to supervisor
• Perform additional general scanning and photocopying
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Ability to exercise independent judgment
• Knowledge of office equipment and procedures, and types of filing systems
• Ability to carry out assignments requiring organization of materials
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
